The KLEVV CRAS C910 1TB SSD utilizes the InnoGrit Rainier QX series IG5220BAA controller and features PCIe Gen4 x4, NVMe 1.4 interface, and a DRAM-less architecture. Two 3D TLC NAND Flash modules are mounted on the PCB as single-sided particles. This SSD incorporates various technologies, such as HMB cache, SMART technology, SLC (Single Level Cell) caching, LDPC ECC error correction, AES 256-bit encryption, temperature-controlled frequency modulation, and global wear-leveling functions.

The testing platform utilizes an Intel Core i7 13700K processor and an NZXT N7 Z790 motherboard. The KLEVV CRAS C910 is installed in the first M.2_1 SSD expansion slot, which connects directly to the PCIe Gen4 x4 channel of the processor. Performance testing is conducted using the slim heatsink included with the CRAS C910 itself.

First, the basic information of the CRAS C910 1TB SSD is examined using CrystalDiskInfo software. The SSD utilizes a PCIe 4.0 x4 transmission mode and adheres to the NVM Express 1.4 standard.
