IceStorm 2.0 upgraded cooling system, 8+3 phase power supply

The radiator section of the RTX 4070 Ti AMP AIRO utilizes the upgraded IceStorm 2.0 cooling system. The radiator is one size smaller than the AMP Extreme model and consists of six heat pipes. A nickel-plated copper base plate is placed in the middle to efficiently transfer and dissipate the heat generated by the core and memory.
