In contrast, the RTX 4070 Ti AMP AIRO has a thickness of 2.9 slots, which is paired with three 90mm fans that rotate forward, reverse, and forward, respectively, to improve air intake efficiency.
On the side of the graphics card, you can observe a luminous light bar with a laser effect that creates a visual gradient of colors when not lit. When the light effect is turned on, the curved light effect complements the design of airflow optimization, creating a cohesive visual language.
The side interface section shows that the power supply interface utilizes a 12VHPWR 16-pin interface, while the display output section includes 3 DisplayPort and 1 HDMI interface. There are two slots on the bezel, and the other end is adorned with an ARGB light strip.
The back of the graphics card is equipped with a full metal backplate, providing robust support for the graphics card and additional passive heat dissipation. During installation, there’s no need to worry about being obstructed by soldering points on the PCB. The logo section has no light-emitting design on one side, while the other has a large opening area allowing the cooling airflow to quickly dissipate waste heat.
IceStorm 2.0 upgraded cooling system, 8+3 phase power supply
The radiator section of the RTX 4070 Ti AMP AIRO utilizes the upgraded IceStorm 2.0 cooling system. The radiator is one size smaller than the AMP Extreme model and consists of six heat pipes. A nickel-plated copper base plate is placed in the middle to efficiently transfer and dissipate the heat generated by the core and memory.
If the radiator is removed, you can find the AD104-400-A1 core chip of the RTX 4070 Ti located in the center of the PCB. The power supply component utilizes an 8+3 phase digital power supply design, while the memory consists of 6 pieces of 2GB GDDR6X Micron memory chips with the code name D8BZC.
The updated Firstorm software boasts a more futuristic appearance, but the information is still divided into 5 tabs for easier navigation. The tabs include data monitoring, fan settings, performance tuning, and lighting effects settings, making it convenient for players to adjust all necessary settings.
